3.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. You will typically receive 1-3 messages per scheduled appointment.
3.4 SMS Data Retention
We retain SMS-related data (phone numbers, opt-in records, message logs) for: Active opt-in subscribers (Duration of subscription plus 3 years for compliance purposes); Opt-out requests (We maintain opt-out records indefinitely to honor your preferences).
3.5 SMS Data Sharing
Your phone number and SMS data may be shared with: Twilio or similar SMS service providers (To deliver text messages); Cal.com (For appointment scheduling integration). We do NOT sell your phone number or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
3.6 Opt-Out Rights
You have the right to opt out of SMS messages at any time by: Replying 'STOP' to any text message; Contacting us at [email protected] or (415) 969-6076. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message, and we will not send further messages unless you opt in again.
4. How We Share Your Information
4.1 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf: Stripe (Payment processing, subject to Stripe's privacy policy); Cal.com (Appointment scheduling, subject to Cal.com's privacy policy); Google Analytics (Website analytics, subject to Google's privacy policy); SMS Provider such as Twilio (Text message delivery). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes we specify.
