Data Assessment
How is pricing structured?
The assessment is a fixed fee scoped to how many systems are involved. Any third-party tool licences you go on to buy are billed to you directly, never through us.
What do you need from us?
Read access to the systems that hold your data, a sample of the reports you produce today, and one decision maker who can say what the business actually needs to know.
What if we already have a BI tool?
Good, we will assess whether it is being used well before suggesting anything else. We only recommend changing tools when the current one genuinely blocks the reporting you need.
What do we get at the end?
A written roadmap: what to fix, in what order, with effort estimates. You can hand it to your own team, another firm, or bring us back for the Build.

How does pricing work?
Three engagement levels scoped to your complexity. Talk to sales for a custom quote and we will walk you through the options. Third-party tool licences are always separate and billed to you directly.
Do we need the assessment first?
Usually yes, because scoping a build without knowing the state of your data is guesswork. If you already have a clear roadmap, we can scope directly from it.
Which BI tool do you build in?
Whichever fits your budget and existing systems, commonly Power BI, Looker Studio, Metabase, or Tableau. We recommend one during the assessment rather than starting with a favorite.
What happens after handover?
You run it yourself with the documentation and training we provide, or move into Managed Reporting if you would rather we keep the pipelines healthy and extend the dashboards.
Managed Reporting
Do you own our data or accounts?
No. Everything stays in your accounts and your ownership. We work inside your environment, and you can revoke our access at any time without losing anything.
Can we cancel or pause?
Yes, monthly with no long-term contract. Documentation is kept current specifically so a handover is never painful.
Can you add new metrics later?
Yes, that is most of the work. Businesses change what they care about, and the reporting should follow rather than freeze on the day it was built.
Is pricing fixed?
Yes, a flat monthly fee scoped to how many dashboards and data sources we maintain. No surprise add ons.
