How we work with your data

Better reporting without giving up control of your systems. We map what you have, agree on the numbers that matter, and build in accounts you own.

Start with the source

Before a dashboard, we inventory the systems holding your data and look at how your team produces reports today. Together, we define each KPI, find where numbers disagree, and decide which problems are worth fixing first. The assessment ends with a written roadmap you can take to your own team, another firm, or back to us for a build.

Build in your accounts

When we build, the connections, dashboards, reporting schedules, and documentation live in your environment. We choose tools for your systems and budget rather than asking you to adopt a proprietary Vestfold platform. Your team gets documentation and training at handover, and you can run the reporting yourselves or ask us to maintain it.

Make the numbers check out

A dashboard is useful only if people agree on what it measures. We define the metrics with your team, validate and reconcile data from the source systems, then review the output as the dashboards take shape. If a source is incomplete or the same number means different things to different teams, we make that visible before treating the report as a source of truth.

Keep control after handover

You own the accounts and the work built in them. We document what was connected and train your team to use it. If you choose managed reporting, we monitor pipelines, check data quality, and keep the documentation current. You can end or pause that monthly service without losing the dashboards and connections built in your accounts.

Frequently asked questions

Who owns the accounts and the data?

You do. Connections, dashboards, reporting schedules, and documentation are built in your environment, in accounts you own, and they stay yours when the work is done.

Do we have to move our data into a new platform?

No. Tools are chosen for your systems and budget rather than a proprietary Vestfold platform, and the reporting runs in your accounts.

How do you make sure the numbers are right?

Metrics are defined with your team, then the data is validated and reconciled against the source systems before anyone treats a report as the source of truth. If a source is incomplete or two teams mean different things by the same number, that is made visible first.

What happens when an engagement ends?

The accounts, connections, dashboards, and documentation stay with you. Managed reporting can be ended or paused without losing what was built in them.

Next step

Tell us which systems hold the numbers you need, which reports take the most time, and where people disagree. We'll tell you what to assess first, and whether a build makes sense.

Want reporting you can trust?

Tell us which reports eat the most time and which decisions you're making without data. We'll tell you what we'd fix first.

No guarantees. No lock-in. Tool costs are always separate from our fees.
